Windows 10 (Mac user, new to PC)

Hi, so I’ve built a PC after being a Mac user for 10+ years, I can get into the Bios fine, Windows 10 install through USB, BUT after about a minute of being in Windows the computer sort of resets and I lose signal on my monitor.

In the BIOS Everything is working fine... I’m a bit stumped - if anyone could help me that’d be great!

You might check your power plan settings for screen blank time and sleep to save power settings...

Check your hardware connections, heat or voltage is usually the culprit...

If you were able to install Windows 10 on the PC, that suggests that it's not one of the common hardware issues (like the CPU overheating, RAM incompatibility, etc.).

I suggest that you fill in the PC's specs in "my computer".

Does the PC shut down, or does it reboot?

Boot Windows 10 into Safe Mode to see if issue resolves.

The fans go loud for a second and the monitor just goes blank and I get no signal and will only get something on my screen again if turn the pc off and on and I can go into bios with no issues. Windows will just keep going to repair / troubleshoot and won’t let me back in - I reinstalled earlier and managed to get it working for 6 mins of doing nothing. I might take it to a PC store tomorrow, I don’t know what to do

    Still no hardware description?

May not help, but it might.

For example: if you have an Asus motherboard, and have their utilties installed, I suggest getting rid of that. Just Windows with the drivers required for your hardware (graphics card, sound controller, etc.).

Open the Device Manager and uninstall graphic card driver to see it will resolve the problem.

In the Drivers everything is there, in Dxdiag it doesnt shown Graphics Card and some details are missing like, System Manufacturing and System Model etc

Would it help to go into safe mode networking and update everything?!
