If it didn't clone all the partitions, the clone process failed.
I would decrypt it first and then clone. When done, encrypt the new drive
From what I understand recovery partitions don't generally transfer even when cloning. I can always create a new recovery partition but I have my data and backed up in more than 1 way as well as in image backup so it's not necessary imo. Like I said, my system is running fine and still haven't run into any issues. So that's a success in my book lol.

Need to see a new screenshot of disk management.

Any particular reason why? I marked this as solved already.

A disk clone, clones all partitions. If it didn't clone the Recovery partition, it has partially failed.
The recovery partition isn't required to run Win 10.
You will need it if you have problems and try to launch the recovery tools.

Well in the screenshot above, I still have the recovery partition so it shouldn't matter what disk it's on.

My first advice is to shrink the C: partition in 700M (use Disk manager) and on the unallocated space created clone the Recovery partition from disk 2 to the disk 0. Macrium reflect can clone just one partition.

My second advice is that you retrieve the BitLocker key and save it on a safe place.
