I really donīt get this. No need to make something so easy and straight forward unnecessarily complicated.
1) Get a flashdrive big enough for the Windows files. 8 GB is enough
2) Download Media Creator Tool (since a lot of folks oppose to RUFUS here)
3) Run it and just choose your Windows Edition.
4) THATīS IT!
No need to format the flashdrive, use diskpart or whatever.
I can absolutely agree with you on this, be careful and execute everything step by step. People forget that when you are 75, everything goes much slower to understand new applications and things.
Too much divergent information, you have to pay more attention to what steps you take. And yes Windows 10 is install on the USB flash drive scandisk.
However, the Free Partition Manager Software for Windows - AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard as far as I can see, can only remove a partition with a paid version if one has made a mistake.
The EaseUS Partition Master 13.8 software, one can create and delete a partition.

With reading you also have a problem, considering that I wrote earlier in one topic
The whole comes down to this.
Once specified, do not use software to transfer the ISO file to DVD or USB falsh drive because that does not work or is reliable. It is better to purchase a USB falsh drive, and download the ISO file via MCT and place it on the USB falsh drive (which I did not know before). Then it would be done and a lot of topics would have been saved.
You can flexibly manage disk space with "Create Partition", "Merge Partitions", "Delete Partition", "Format Partition", "Copy Partition" and so on.

If by "other software" you mean RUFUS, again, is as reliable as MCT. But yes, for regular users MCT is easier to use.
Hours ago, I divided my flash drive into two partitions via DiskPart. See my post below:
Windows 10 does not want to install from DVD
DiskPart is yet another option.
with the program AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard Edition 8.6 one cannot assign a Partition letter, that is the reason that I will never see the created Partition in Windows 7.
But it is now clear what you write "Why create a partition in Windows 7", this can also be created afterwards in Windows 10 and even place a backup of an ISO file on the USB flash drive.
I couldn't put that link before, that is why you placed a url for Windows 10 to create a partition from which. That is also the reason that I have to read everything step by step and translate it into an implementation.
Windows 10 is already on the USB drive, and later in the evening will completely remove Windows 7 from the C: drive and install the Windows 10 on it. Then I follow your advice that you described earlier, thank you for that.
