Install/Repair ?
If I'm going to do a Rep/Inst on a fairly new W-10 Home, with 1909 on it, what iso, and where, can I use.
Seems to me I need the same Version???

I use the MCT/Media Creation Tool process to obtain the .iso file and also to create the Bootable USB Thumb drive. Because I never know what version/edition I'll have to deal with I get the combination x86/32-bit and x64/64-bit version but burning that .iso requires a Dual Layer DVD+R disc and/or an 8GB Thumb drive or larger but only up to 32GB as the process reformats the Thumb drive as FAT32 which has a drive/ partition limit of 32GB. The tool may not contain the latest Build but the computer will update when online.

MCT is fine, easiest way to do it for you. When you run the MCT, take the option to create the ISO. It will make one that is correct for your machine and version. Preferably on a different drive, it can be an attached external. No thumb required. Then mount the ISO, click Setup.exe, and sit back and watch.
You can find the Windows ISO file you need from this site if you are using an older version of Windows 10 not supported by the MCT Microsoft Windows and Office ISO Download Tool
Thanks to everyone who chipped in.
The Inst/Rep worked. Everything back to normal.
Edge and Search.
There were probably a couple other bugs but everything now works as it should.
Made the iso with a check in the "For this PC" and all works.
Reinstalled right to 1909.
Only update pending is the optional cumulative up date which I'm going to do.
Thanks againPete
