Our son who used to figure out how to make this stuff work for us died in 2016 so I have to figure out how to do it all myself now. I'm glad Windows 10 came along at this time because it is so much easier to work with; A lot of the things he had to write programs to make happen in XP are now settings.

Windows 10 1809 feature update was installed through Windows Update on the 2nd October on my laptop.
Ive only just found out on here that Microsoft have since pulled the update because of problems. I don't appear to have lost any files...
