DISM Offline mode - Install Feature package/source/Image - Server 2016

Disclaimer: Win10 sucks.

My question:
Where do I get DISM packages to install server 2016 features offline?

I need the Source/Package/Image for a specific feature in Server 2016. I can't figure out where to obtain this data.

Seems to me it might be the Server 2016 ISO?

I think I'm getting closer. The search term that is helpful is "features on demand."

I did search the Catalog Website, but I'm not sure if I'm using the correct terminology.

Am I safe to assume that if I download a server 2016 .iso and extract it and find the "sources" folder you mention I can find these elusive packages?

Well... the
Windows_Server_2016_Datacenter_EVAL_en-us_14393_refresh.ISO
has a
microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package.cab
file in the sources/sxs folder you mentioned.

Between that and the install.wim file I didn't have any luck.
I could never figure out how to get either DISM or powershell to install from the offline directory.

What did work...for whatever reason. Was following this guide.
The machine is air-gapped so I didn't get the package from online.
But it works great using the "get-windows feature -name *backup* and "install-windowsfeature -name windows-server-backup" commands.
