The 2133MHz spec is for DDR4. For DDR3 its lower - if memory (no pun intended) serves it's 1066MHz. BTW, when DDR5 arrives the JEDEC spec will probably be higher than 2133MHz.

Please re-read my post here regarding CPU-Z. Then download and install the app. It will show you what your memory can do, and whether your board supports XMP. Further questions should be followed by screenshots of the tabs mentioned.

Here's the bottom line.... If the board and RAM supports higher speeds than currently set you should enable XMP to get those higher speeds. CPU-Z can give you the info needed to make that decision.

Again, I'll need screenshots to adequately answer your question(s) since I need to know for certain what your RAM specs are. Don't want to damage equipment due to misinformation.

1. It's all normal, don't have to do anything to it.
2. Yes it can be done but with 3rd party SW because it's active windows partition and windows won't let you do it while running. I wouldn't partition it because 237GB is not too much for windows.

That RAM doesn't have XMP profile otherwise it would show here

I have same RAM on my FX 6350 machine.

CPU-Z shows no XMP for my RAM.

Memory has to have XMP as well for them to work together. XMP is in the RAM's controller firmware. It's just a suggestion for BIOS how to set memory for best results. If it's not there BIOS uses only JEDEC values.
