What can you tell from these? I totally don't know anything about XMP,where it is, and how it's enabled..
Your board and or RAM doesn't appear to support XMP and your RAM appears to be running full speed so you're good. No need to worry about XMP or any RAM settings. You're good.

The manual says "Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules".

CPU-Z shows no XMP for my RAM.

    Attachment 268630
As Mike said, the memory has to be XMP certified as well. So, even though the board says it supports XMP, if the memory doesn't, XMP won't work. Your CPU-Z info says the memory doesn't support XMP.

I suggest you contact Gigabyte support who are very helpful even for older motherboards. I have a 2012 Gigabyte motherboard and am configured to use Option C - but this won't work if you have older hardware which needs CSM support. I had to disable fast boot in the BIOS on the advice of Gigabyte support since this setting sometimes caused the PC to hang at boot.

Thanks Steve, I clean installed win10 in optuon C full uefi mode and later tasted the same installation with option A and option B. All worked well without issues. So currently system running fine with Option C.Whenever needed will just switch to A or B . Thanks once again.
