From 7 Pro to win 10 but do NOT want MS acc, just Local User Acc, HOW?

    I was sitting at the sign in screen (Home Version) disconnected the cat5 and it went right to the option of local account.

    Now, I'm fine with using my email on MY computers. But today I was helping a friend out by upgrading his Win 7 to 10. He doesn't have an account. I didn't want to use mine. If he wants to get one when he gets the laptop back that's his choice, now.

    So I upgraded then did a clean/custom install so he didn't have all the bloatware from Toshiba and I was assured there were no PUPs left behind.
