What size should my Windows 10 partition be?

My current install drive for Windows 10 is a 128GB SSD. However upon discovering that its Reallocated Sector Count is slowly climbing I've decided to replace it before it goes tits up. I've opted to go with a 1TB Samsung 970 EVO NVME drive instead. I'm tempted to just bung Windows and my programs onto the one partition but it feels almost inevitable that I'll reinstall windows at some point and I dont want to lose all the programs/documents/etc. So I'm wondering whats a solid size for the Windows 10 partition? I'm leaning towards 130GB for the windows and the rest for programs/documents/whatever?

The M.2 is replacing my current small SSD which I use as my install drive. My current drive layout is:

C - 128GB SSD - Windows - This is being replaced

The rest are spread across 7 SATA HDD's

D - 150GB - Programs / Documents
E - Games

Then F to P are various media or work drives. My current plan for the new 1TB M.2 is to replace C but also have a section of it for games I'm currently playing or which benefit from being run from a SSD. So maybe partition it into three:

C - 150GB - Windows
D - ~350 - Programs and Documents
X - ~350 - Games

I have 64GB for my Windows partition on one computer and 80GB on another. Both seem fine.

I actually use a fair few standalone/portable programs which is why I've generally gone with a separate programs directory. But I suppose I could combine the two and keep just documents separate and the portables in one folder

You could just combine D+X, separate folders would do, no need for separate partitions.

As I said. My plan was to only install games that really benefit from being on an SSD on the M.2 drive. I already have a 2TB Games drive as my general games drive.
