You can check your Programs and Features in Control Panel. If there are no User installed programs, just Win10 apps, your clean install worked.
Also, if you go to the Settings/Update & Security/Recovery there will be no option to go back to previous version of Win10
Its clean so YAHOO!. Thanks very much everyone.

Although this issue is resolved for the OP I think I should add that the "Clean install" is not a Windows option, I think the OP was looking for that, it actually refers to the method of removing all partitions to clear old data and install Windows to this blank disk.
Just for anyone else confused by not having a "Clean install" button or option.

Thats exactly what I wanted. To completely wipe the disk clean and start again. It used to be easy for me with W7 and previous versions. Maybe it’s not completely necessary for these new SSD drives. It’s been 2 years and I just wanted to freshen things up perhaps more out of habit than necessity. Again everyone here has been generous with their assistance and I thank you all.

    You're welcome.
Glad to read that it's sorted.
Credit to Bree for spotting the underlying problem.
