Although this issue is resolved for the OP I think I should add that the "Clean install" is not a Windows option, I think the OP was looking for that, it actually refers to the method of removing all partitions to clear old data and install Windows to this blank disk.

Thats exactly what I wanted. To completely wipe the disk clean and start again. It used to be easy for me with W7 and previous versions. Maybe it’s not completely necessary for these new SSD drives. It’s been 2 years and I just wanted to freshen things up perhaps more out of habit than necessity. Again everyone here has been generous with their assistance and I thank you all.
