The Win11 leak is not complete and only gives a taster of what it could be. I will wait for some better information and I would never risk installing such an early release from a third-party source.
I would and did. All part of the fun of messing around, posting from Windows 11, supplied via dubious means.

Some guys mess around with Windows 10 appearance and shake the tree. Something nice to watch.

Some benchmarks are starting to surface regarding "Win 11", still not an official test release though, so things subject to change.

I see nothing in W11 that could not be released as an update to W10. W11 is totally superfluous.
From the short time I've tested it I think it OK. If or when it gets released I hope that it's not just a cosmetic upgrade.

From what was supposedly a "leaked" version of Windows 11, there is nothing worth paying any upgrade price for. And if the wallpapers are any indication, it actually rots!

Hyper-V can provide its own virtual TPM. The host machine doesn't have to have TPM for it to be available in a VM.
hyperv virtual tpm is not enabled by default.
