As far as I can see the "Leaked" Windows 11 Is just another update to Windows 10, one with a lot of GUI changes but not that much real changes to how it runs
Yes, I tried it and was underwhelmed.

The TPM requirement appears only to be enforced for a clean install of this W11. An in-place upgrade from W10 to W11 seems possible without TPM.
If I boot my PC into WinPE, mount the W11 ISO, and run “/sources/setup.exe”, is it possible to clean install W11 without TPM?

Echoing f4tomcat you won't know till you try.

BTW, am I missing something or can I get a test copy of Windows 11 now? Would like to give it a try.

The Win11 leak is not complete and only gives a taster of what it could be. I will wait for some better information and I would never risk installing such an early release from a third-party source.
