Run TPM.MSC, this is available in all editions including Home. Note that you may need to check in your bios that the TPM module isn't hidden from view (it just needs to be visible to the OS, it doesn't need to be enabled).

You can also just click on Start, and then type TPM. It should find "Security Processor" in the search results. Click on that.

If you see something like this, you have one.

The TPM requirement appears only to be enforced for a clean install of this W11. An in-place upgrade from W10 to W11 seems possible without TPM.

However, I have found that an in-place upgrade has no such restrictions. Here I upgraded a Legacy MBR install of Win10 Home in a Hyper-V VM with no TPM security to Win11.

I clean installed W11 in a Hyper V VM on a laptop which has no TPM support and it worked fine

IRRC, the TPM only comes into play if you are physically booting a device via BIOS. VMs, any flavor, would not be dong that. The Secure Boot may also follow suit.

I see. There is no hope of installing W11 on my 2012 desktop PC which is still surprisingly snappy.
