Move Installation To Another Machine

So, I really need to move my installation to another machine, the machine it is currently off is flaky and has a couple of hardware issues.

I run a dual drive setup with my user profile on another drive.

I cloned the drives, just in case, and used the clones to attempt to boot in another machine.

No dice, I get:

Code:

Recovery
Your PC needs to be repaired
A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.
Error code: 0xc000000e

And that's the end of that.

Well, right now it got worse, of course, naturally!

The machine I want to move FROM did a nose dive and corrupted the OS, so I figured I'd just clone back the clones to the originals.

Guess what error message I get.

Note, I believe that machine is also a version 1909, not sure, don't remember.

The most sure thing to do would be to do a clean install on the new computer and then to restore only the partition with the OS right over the top of the partition containing the new Windows install.

Not sure I'm understanding what you are talking about doing.

And I followed Method 2 and fixed the boot records, though I got an access denied from the second command.
SO: The machine now boots to the login screen, but

The User Profile service failed the sign-in.
User profile cannot be loaded.

So, now next step, make the user profiles work.

Notation: My user profile drive was on another drive, the drive needed to be reassigned to the drive letter that was being used by the user profile manager.

This was done using a CMD prompt and running compmgmt.msc and using the drive manager to reassign it while in safe mode command prompt, the desktop was not loading otherwise.

Well, I got back my desktop, sort of, some reason my user profile is TEMP?
