How to start Win 10 from Linux with no MBR

I have been trying to duel boot Win 10 with Linux. I got Linux installed and working but when I try to boot to Win 10 it doesn't work. I used Reflect to installed a backup of C Drive and then a repair of boot. The image worked but the boot repair did not.

At this point I'm stuck in Linux with no boot into Windows.
I have the current ver of Win 10 Home with all updates. I can't give the correct ver of Win 10 since I'm Linux.

Any help with this?

Can you post any screen shot showing details of the disk have you got grub that you could add win 10 to the boot menu?

I do have a screenshot of the disk showing Windows and Linux. How do I put file here when it was created in Lunix?

ThrashZone - Thanks for you reply. Insert Image will only a use A URL or as search for a file. Since I have to screenshot in Linus format, Windows cannot see it.

Any other way for Windows to get this file?

Since I can not get into Windows I can not use a URL because while I an use this forum it can see Windows. I can not find any way to post a Pin when in Linux that this forum can find.

I have been trying to find a way while in Linux but can not find anything less than 4 or 5 years ago, and that was from a difference type of Linux.

Press Ctrl, Alt and "T" simultaneously, type "sudo update-grub", press "Enter", then enter your password and press "Enter" again. When the command completes, restart the computer. When the GRUB menu appears, press the down arrow on the keyboard to stop the boot countdown, then examine the menu to see if Windows is listed. If so, use the arrow keys to highlight it and press "Enter".

After I put in my password it asked for the password again, and again.
It seems to be on a loop. I used GParted and have a screenshot of the Windows partition and the Linux partation but can't do anything with it.

I need to repair the MBR or create a Windows boot somehow. (Maybe with clean install? I am not sure how to do this but I would like to keep all my other files etc.

If there is a number in your password, make sure the Numlock key is on. Also check CapsLock. The "update-grub" command will search the computer for a usable Windows installation.
