You must have duel boot to see Windows while in Linux. I don't have duel boot. That's what I am trying to get.
Don't know the correct way yet, but am still looking.

1) Download a W10 install iso via any Linux browser --e.g firefox
2) as root plug in any usb device and type lsblk (or sudo)
the output should be somethink like /dev/sda with possibly some partitions like /dev/sda1 etc on it.
once you've got the iso (actually a macrium bootable recovery stand alone iso or kyhi's recovery disk would work too. - anything which could re-partition a HDD. You could even use gparted on a Linux live distro booted from a USB device -- you'll need to have a windows install iso though at some point in the process.
3) then simply as root / sudo type the following
dd if=<input iso file> of-/dev/sda <your usb device> bs=64M status = progress
when that job finishes simply boot the iso, use "repair computer " or whatever -- repartition Disk or re-format if you want to wipe linux completely then reboot again from usb and install windows.
"Seemples..." --the magic of the Linux command line !!
Dual booting with Linux -- you should ALWAYS install Windows ist or these hose ups will happen. Since it's so easy to install / re-install Linux just kill the Linux installation after fixing the windows partition -- then boot a macrium recovery media iso and choose "Fix Windows boot problems". This should save you having to re0install windows again. You should be fine if you delete the /boot linux partition (if you use a separate/boot Linux partition) and from some sort of command line type fixmbr to fix the MBR on the actual HDD you want to boot from..
Should be loads of ways to fix this one.

I already have a Widows partition. What I need is a way to boot into it. Lost or screwed up the MBR.
I used my Reflect bootable disk to reinstall Win 10 C drive and tried repair of MBR. The MBR still is not working so this is were I am now. All I need is "How To Repair MBR".

SOLVED
I used my Reflect boot USB to boot into Windows. Ran the Fix MBR and got into Windows.
Everything is working, both Linux and Windows.
