I can't revert back to Windows 7 due to an infinite boot loop.

I've had this problem for a while and I've recently with help of someone else, been able to get to the login screen and acutally log in by booting through a USB. But then when I try to revert, it restarts and when it reboots. It get's locked in a screen that has a blue Windows logo and a black screen with nothing else. Please help, because I'm worried I won't find a solution to this in time for me to revert because I only have a month.

Turn on your computer and keep tapping the F12 key. Hopefully you can do a system reset from there. Download your computer manually. It will tell you what function key to tap for system restore.

It's unlikely that F12 is going to provide any restore option, as that generally only allows you to select a boot device.

If you have Win10 install media (USDB or DVD) you could try booting from that and doing Startup Repair -- you might have to do this several times. If that works, you could then try the GoBack option to see if that will revert your machine.
