What did this computer originally have? If it had it installed by the manufacturer there will be a recovery/installation partition with the OS installation on it compatible to an installation CD. If not make a bootable USB installer or burn an installation CD/DVD.
If drivers are available determine the manufacturer of your mainboard and go to the manufacturers web site and get all the drivers and utilities. Win 7/8.1 drivers will work in a pinch as well as I have discovered.
Times like this a beater computer laying around on the side is great for looking for drivers and getting things going! I have been given computers for free and yes some cannot be used for Win 10 but are more than good enough to rescue your main computer.
If you see somebody is tossing out a good working early or mid 2000's, computer, grab it and set it aside.
Oh and the spare computer is also good for backing up files as well.
