    Plenty of people running win7 on 8th gen intel cpus. Also the latest ryzens.

    Win7 on
    GIGABYTE X570 I Pro Wifi
    Ryzen 9 3950X
    DRAM 16GX2 3600C16

    With a hack/adjustment but not out of the "box".
    Not every one will know about that.

    The biostar drivers work as is for coffeelake 8th gen. Small adjustment needed for the laptop version (whiskeylake).

    Not every one will know about that.
    There are a lot of things most people don't know. What has that got to do with it?

    Some new chips can not accept Win 7.
