Download Update for Win10 1903 and not 1909

We want to upgrade some machines from 1809 to 1903 (not ready for 1909). However the Windows update tools even our preferred method of "Windows Update Assistant" want to give us 1909. Every link to do a specific download of 1903 seems to now point to 1909.

Any idea if one can get 1903 as a download?

1909 is the same OS with the same system files as 1903, just with a few features turned on by a small enablement package. So your caution may not be necessary.

As such, the 1903 ISO is no longer available from Microsoft by any of the normal routes. You can however get a link to download the 1903 ISO from Microsoft with the Heidoc tool.
