When I try to upgrade Windows 8.1 with Bing tablet to Windows 10 in Windows update i get
Error Code 8007003 in preparing to install phase.
When choosing try again it re downloads everything and same error appears.
I tried cleaning Windows Update files and running troubleshooter but it doesn't help.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
If I try to upgrade from windows 10 home ISO will my activation be fine.

Media creation tool downloaded windows 10 I accepted EULA everything went OK until some time later I got mysterious error that only said Can not install Windows.
Now tablet will not boot to windows 8.1 and goes in to repair mode and fails to repair.
After some digging I found that Windows 10 install changed some partitions (I think OEM partition).
Anyone knows how can i fix or reinstall windows 8.1 with Bing?
There is no ISO for this version available from MS.
So basically my tablet has become a expensive paper weight :) at least for now.

The only solution that worked was doing clean install of windows 8.1 activating it and then installing Windows 10 update using update tool it worked without problem.
But I restored my windows 8.1 image because windows 8.1 just feels so much faster that it pain to use windows 10.
