Blue screen 0xc000021a on installation of Windows 10

Having trouble installing Win 10 from a usb stick. I've attached some pics of the boot process and my bios. It happened after trying to "reset" from Windows 10. I have reset the bios on the board with the jumpers. Deleted all partitions on drive and tried it both as having a C:\ drive already registered and not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Currently booting from a Hiren's USB so have a few options. Never used it before but was useful for formatting the HDD etc.

I would think it was a hardware problem if it wasn't for it being fine before this. Must be drivers or bios settings?

After choosing 64bit and it thinking for a second I get the blue screen

Secure boot should be off. Looks active in screen shots


How did you create your USB boot key, was it with the Media Creation Tool. If not please use MCT

You download tool. Execute. Follow directions.

You should only have your boot drive connected.
