Windows 10 Clean install stuck - Macbook Air 2013 (mid)

    Good Afternoon,

I used to have Windows 10 installed on its own (no macosx dualboot) prior to an SSD failure on my MacBook Air 2013 (mid). 64bit OS, 4GB memory, 128GB SSD (So dualboot / parallels isnt feasible)

Mac OS between Mountain Lion, High Sierra, El Capitain and Catalina depending on tests. Believe mountain lion struggled with windows 10 iso's.

Since replacing the SSD (With an Apple authentic replacement) I am no longer able to install Windows 10. The install freezes at the getting ready stage. Macbook NVRAM and PRAM resets run multiple times, along with battery disconnects.

USB2 & USB3 tried for all the below:
Windows 10 1909 created via OSX bootcamp with latest bootcamp drivers
Windows 10 1909 created via OSX bootcamp with 5.1.5640 bootcamp drivers (known good from before)
Windows 10 1909 created via Media Creation Tool on Windows
Windows 10 1607 created via OSX bootcamp with latest bootcamp drivers
Windows 10 1607 created via OSX bootcamp with 5.1.5640 bootcamp drivers (known good from before)
Windows 10 1607 created via Media Creation Tool on Windows

Installs were performed both trying a dual boot using bootcamp, and by erasing the entire disk and all partitions using the windows installer and letting windows create the partitions it wants..

Link to install panther logs below:
    setupact.log
    setuperr.log

I'm at a loss. Windows 8.1 installs without issues, and upgrading from that to 10 fails in the same manner. I'm almost certain it is a driver issue but cannot find any replacements to use..

    Any help is appreciated.

    More details needed. memory?
    64 bit or 32 bit windows 10.
    macos version running bootcamp?
two of the main problems with putting with windows 10 on an apple
    Apples really don't have bios
and bootcamp for all good points was mainly for an win 7 install.

    Have you tried Parallels desktop?

I installed Windows 10 preview using it with an early 2009 A1181 laptop
With Parallels set to 3 gig memory.
    El capitan

According to your specs you can't upgrade the ram as its soldered on to the board.
you might try ( not sure if it will work ) but before running bootcamp, shut down every
program and service you can in mac os . Your going to need 3 gigs of ram for it to work with
    with 64 bit.
You could try 32 bit win 10 install which may require less ram.

Thanks, but the PC reboots into the bootable windows installation environment right after bootcamp partitions the drive, so OSX isn't running at all from that point forward. The 4GB memory limit isn't the issue here - The installer would have died long before it does if that were the issue. The panther logs even state that it completes the stage 2 installation but then doesnt appear to offer any clues, but then I'd appreciate someone else to look over the attached logs to see if im missing something.
