    Problems installing Windows 10

I have a notebook with Windows 8.1. I have formatted a partition and I am trying to install Windows 10 by booting from a DVD with Windows 10 ISO image. Before I had tried to install windows 10 from a usb. Unfortunately an error appears after formatting (error code: 0x0000098, file:/windows/System32/drivers/UsbHub3.sys) and does not allow me to access any recovery tool to configure properly.

If you are getting that "Recovery" screen you are not booting from Setup Media...
When you "Setup" you will not be "Formatting any partition.. you will remove all partitions and allow windows 10 to install to the unallacated disk space

Please clarify whether you are or are not planning to dual boot.

This link may be useful for dual boot:

    Some clarifications:
-I bought a certification in store and downloaded the file and ISO image from the microsoft site
-I tried to correctly configure the USB as a boot device to install Windows 10 by booting through the bios configuration
-I had problems with the installation, this notice was shown: "You cannot install windows on this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI windows systems can only be installed on GPT disks"
-Because of this I had to format and delete partitions to try again successfully.
-Unfortunately now it shows me that screen and it doesn't give me any option to fix the error since all the options direct me to the same screen.

What steps were used in creating the iso?

See if you can find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB).

Do not format or modify the flash drive.
Allow the download to perform all steps.

-I had problems with the installation, this notice was shown: "You cannot install windows on this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI windows systems can only be installed on GPT disks"
That is because you booted from the USB in UEFI mode...
Since your Disk is MBR you would have to run the Diskpart Clean Command. thus windows 10 will convert to GPT disk...
Else you would have to Boot MBR Mode from the USB and then remove existing partitions and install ...

So Now Do you want MBR or UEFI-GPT Disk layout ???
