Trouble Upgrading 1803 to 1903 - Fails to restart

It's not displayed in the installed software file but there are many drivers installed.
So it's best to completely uninstall the software:

I've found it now, the callback drivers are used in my cloud storage program:
"pCloud uses ELDOS CBFS as our drivers, which are essential for the work of pCloud Drive. "

Please uninstall the software > restart windows driver verifier with 3 customized tests > increase by 3 - 5 / hour

The customized tests that were used infrequently can be the ones you start with.

Version 1903 successfully installed using ISO on USB.

Not sure if/what we fixed whilst troubleshooting, but it certainly seems like there's nothing massively wrong with the machine, so I gave it a go and it worked first time!

The last BSOD was windows driver verifier on 11/11.

There was a crash or an unexpected shutdown or restart on 11/13.
These can be seen with hang/freezes followed by a power off.
