Upgrade from 1511 "Windows 10 installation has failed" Dism fails too

Ok zbook, here's the V2 and diskmgmt as requested.
LIVINGROOM-(2019-10-03_14-04-07).zip

The log collector version was just updated.
The V2 was the older version.

The logs displayed 1 day of data.

There were no unexpected shutdowns / restarts seen.

Logs can be uploaded when you experience a new problem or if you can run and upload a new V2 early next week the logs can be scanned.
And if there are no major problems seen in the logs that will complete the troubleshooting.

DISM and SFC completed without error, this is looking like a done deal. Thanks again for all the help you guys.
