I have an unusual problem:
I got into the Insider Slow Ring and now have Build 18362.10022 and want to convert/upgrade to the general release of Build 18362.387.
Is there any way to do this, short of a reinstall?
I cannot roll back or remove the 10022 patch, as I used the DISM clean up command to save space.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Not certain which of these builds is the latest one -- but if you download the UUPDUMP for the 18362 (or even the later 18363) build you could then after the so is created try running the setup.exe and select keep everything (i.e upgrade).
I always use UUPDUMP for upgrading Windows build.

I'm sure you are correct in this case but it might be worth a play with UUPDUMP - the OP should be able to get the 18363 build which is more or less the same as the 18362 one but with one or two extra rather obscure features so a "typical user" would surmise that these builds are probably identical.
BTW before doing any of this sort of stuff always backup your current Windows system using something like Macrium Free --then if it all goes bonkers or you just don't like the upgrade you can always revert without relying on using "windows.old" --also it doesn't expire --some of these Windows builds don't let you revert back to your earlier build if longer than 7 days have elapsed since you upgraded. Using a Macrium image for restore has no such restrictions.

I prefer to stay on the 18362 builds, as Sandboxie is unfortunately incompatible with the newer 18363 build.
I have downloaded the UUP files of 18362.387 and converted to an ISO file, which I mounted and ran setup.exe, and it appears that I will be able to do an upgrade, with the ability to keep all my files/folders as is
