Can the "Date modified" be changed for customized Win boot media?

I've written a program that can take multiple Windows 10 images, inject updates into them, then combine them all into a single bootable image. In the screenshot below, I am displaying all the x64 editions on this bootable thumb drive. All of them have been updated with the latest September 2019 Windows updates. To reflect that, I would like to be able to show a "Date modified" that makes better sense than what is currently displayed.

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the date shown here?

So MS puts out new ISO images every month? Also, even if they did, that doesn't help me with my syspreped images.

As for the amount of effort - it's actually EASIER for me to update my images than pull down new ISOs. It literally can take me seconds up queue up updates for 20 different images. Then I just let it run in the background until it's done.

Thanks for the pointer to the nirsoft software. I take a close look at that to see if it can do what I want. I was really hoping for a native MS tool like DISM or Image X so that I could script it through my program, but I'll take what I can get.

Thanks for that information. Just out of curiosity, do you know where those can be obtained? Is it only via a subscription service such as MSDN?

It does not appear that they update the ISO images for tools such as the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.

LOL. I appreciate the effort, but neither of those methods work. Both methods will turn the originally released 1903 / 19H1 build of 18362.30. Not a single one of the updates released since initial release are in any of these.

However, I do appreciate the effort. My app automates the injecting of the updates and makes it exceedingly easy, so I'll just continue to use that. we got off on a tangent here anyway. My original inquiry was on how to modify a "Date modified" field and I'll look into your suggestion of using the utility you pointed me to.

Microsoft do update their ISOs, not necessarily every month but certainly after significant fixes have been issued.

For example, the 18362.30 install media had a bug that would fail on an in-place upgrade if any usb was attached. This was unfortunate if the usb happened to be the install media made by the MCT that you were using for the upgrade . As soon as that bug was fixed MS updated the ISOs that you download from them. It has been upgraded once more since then, the current ISO from MS for 1903 is for build 18362.239.
