Failure to install Windows 10 on a new SSD

Sometimes problems can occur with the creation of the iso.
What software/steps were used to create the bootable Windows 10 iso?

I would like to provide feedback what solved the problem.

I had to delete system partitions from old HDD in order to be able to manually reformat SSD.
But however the turning point to be able to boot from SSD was to disable CSM. thanks to dalchina for his advice on CSM!

The advantage of manually formatting is that you can perform slow format as well as add additional partitions.
this is not possible if you let Windows installler do the job of partitioning.

When you boot from the installation disk, after deleting all partitions you have the option to " create new" and there you can set the size on the partition and on the unallocated partition you can also create a new partition and format it etc.
You can also let windows install without creating any partition and once windows is installed and running, with disk manager or other disk utility like Mini tool partition, shrink the C: partition and on the unallocated partition you can create a new partition, format it etc.

I'm curious as to why you would want to slow format an SSD?
