Unable to upgrade to windows 10 build 1903, AMD RAID Driver Error

I am currently trying to install the windows 10 1903 build update, my current version is 1803. I get the following error message, claiming that my RAID driver is outdated and needs to be updated first:

Unable to upgrade to windows 10 build 1903, AMD RAID Driver Error-ryzen-driver-error-message.png

However I have updated the appropriate driver, and restarted my computer multiple times, and still get the exact same error message when trying to update. I have even confirmed that the driver is the correct updated version, as my version is now 9.2.0.127 as can be seen here:

Unable to upgrade to windows 10 build 1903, AMD RAID Driver Error-amd-raid-driver.png

According to the microsoft help for the error message: "version 9.2.0.105 and later versions of the AMD RAID drivers do not cause this issue" so the update should now be working.

I have tried deleting the contents of both:
    C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
    and
    C:\Windows\System32\catroot2
in an attempt to reset the update so that it recognizes that I have the correct driver now but nothing has worked.

I cannot figure out why I am still getting the error message, which is preventing me from updating. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    1) Are you able to deactivate and later reactivate RAID?

    2) These will be trial and error steps after making a backup image, new restore point, and scanning and reading logs.

    3) Make a backup image using Macrium:

Macrium Software | Your Image is Everything
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect

    4) Save the backup image to another disk drive or the cloud

    5) Make a new restore point:
Create System Restore Point in Windows 10

    6) There are log collectors used in another forum room.

    Hi Zbook,

I have just managed to fix the issue today. I eventually resorted to completely uninstalling AMD RAID drivers and moved my entire RAID system to windows storage spaces. I was then able to successfully update.

Full details of what I did to solve my issue, for reference, can be found here.

The reference had info up to the BSOD.
The resolution appears to have been done outside the thread.

Are you planning to reconstruct the RAID or use only backup images?

I rebuilt my RAID arrays from scratch. Transferred all data to external drives, deleted the existing arrays in RaidXpert2, recreated the arrays in windows storage spaces, then copied the data back over.
