Can you use Windows iso to install windows 10 home single language ?

My friend want to clean install his laptop and when i check his windows is Windows 10 Home Single Language. I still have ISO from MCT in my flash drive. Can i use this iso to install Windows 10 Home Single Language ?

Does windows setup automatically detect your windows oem key ? When i clean install i dont see any screen to select what windows you want to install like your second screenshots.

And do you trust windows update to automatically download and install drivers for your laptop ? including gpu driver

Yes- on the basis if it works, don't try fixing it until it breaks. Occasional older devices need special attention (but then, they are being used out of spec).

I let windows update download and installing any necessary driver but it's seems they don't download and install driver for my Integrated amd gpu and my nvidia gpu. Is it safe to install manually now?

But what happens if windows update installing gpu driver in background and i also manually installing gpu driver ? Is it fine?
