There are actually SIX partitions on your SSD because in addition to the FIVE partitions shown in disk management above there is actually a tiny, hidden MSR (Microsoft System Reserved) partition that does not appear in disk management. Don't believe me? Run:
diskpart
select disk 0
list partitions

That will show you the SIX partitions on your SSD.
