Clean install with product ID
After having installed Windows (and not having registered it) windows automatically assigned a product key and allows to customize it. Should I change it or it can be left and what is it about?

What does your product activation window say?
Check Activation of Windows 10
Run slmgr /dlv in cmd.exe With the edition that you are running, MS did so to combat pirating. How Long Can You Use Windows 10 Without Activation?
Your Windows is not activated. It violates the EULA (End User License Agreement) to use Windows without activation:
"5. Authorized Software and Activation. You are authorized to use this software only if you are properly licensed and the software has been properly activated with a genuine product key or by other authorized method. When you connect to the Internet while using the software, the software will automatically contact Microsoft or its affiliate to conduct activation to associate it with a certain device. You can also activate the software manually by Internet or telephone."
If you don't have a valid Product Key to activate Windows 10 Pro with, then you need to purchase one and activate your Windows. Until you do, we cannot offer assistance here as it violates the forum rules.
Just a note, the Product ID has always been created during install and after the Product Key was entered. That pretty much changed with Win8/8.1 and Win10 where the Product ID will show in System or System Information as to whether it activated with a Digital License if using a Local Account or Microsoft Account. Once activated Win10 can be clean installed and retain that activation, also with a change of the HDD or SSD. Changing the motherboard and/or other parts most likely will require more actions to get activated.
