Unable to upgrade from Win 10 Pro 1803 to 1903

Hi guys,

Feel like I've tried everything here.

Tried Windows Update. Doesn't work. [Fails to update during the reboot bit, and simply undoes changes]
Tried Windows Update/Upgrade Assistant. [Gets to about 30% during the reboot bit, and simply gives black screen telling me it's undoing the changes]
Tried Windows In-Place-Upgrade (using the Media Creation Tool). [Same as the Update/Upgrade Assistant above]

Not really sure what else to do?

I'm guessing you guys will want some logs from somewhere?

EDIT: It's just finished reloading from the in-place-upgrade, and I've been presented with the following screen:

I have just been looking in to this a bit and found:

Which appears to coincide with that link you provided.

I am a little short on storage space. I'll resize my system partition and see if that fixes it... I'll be sure to report back either way. :)
