If yes, you have a problem with your autounattend.xml file. Upload it here and I can take a look at it until Kari is available. I have the same problem and found a null field that was causing it.

I see a couple null fields which @Kari indicates are not handled well by the installer.

WinRE shows 300, believe it should be 450.
MSR size is 128, Kari sets it to 16.

This line under <ImageInstall><OSImage> is not used by Kari:
<InstallToAvailablePartition>false</InstallToAvailablePartition>

Also, the file appears to have been created by some method other than Kari's tutorial so I don't see how you could have followed it step by step.

I thought I had solved this but it turns out I'm having the same problem when trying to create a custom ISO for Win 10 Home, I get the same failure. Pro worked.

I've started over from scratch, doing Pro first as I had that working with no problems. If that still works then I start over with Home and see if I can get it to work. I should be able to use the same autounattend and unattend files but I won't since the starting point is a different index in the downloaded ISO. Pro is index 6, Home is index 1.

I just did a complete rebuild from scratch of Pro and it works perfectly. I'm running it in a VM so I boot the ISO I created, it starts and I do nothing until the install completes. This is for a BIOS/CSM - MBR setup. I don't have any way to test a UEFI/GPT setup right now.

I'm going to try Home from scratch today and see how that goes.

I'll upload my autounattend.xml and unattend.xml files for you to look at but since they are not UEFI/GPT I don't think they are going to help you much. (I like the way the xml is formatted using WSIM, easier to read).

Maybe @Kari will stop by. He knows this stuff like no one else.

I'm off to try Win 10 Home from scratch.

I just figured out why the Home stuff didn't work. I created a new autounattend.xml but thought I could reuse the unattend.xml from my Pro setup. At this point I'm not even sure I created a new catalog.

Starting from scratch and I think it will work this time.
