to boot into an alternative OS, either Win10-TWO, I have to hit F11 and then select it from the list of bootable devices.

Interesting piece of software. It maybe possibly be more advanced than EasyBCD I have been using, since it shows multiple boot manager profiles, correctly, while EasyBCD only shows 1 per disk. And I know I have some bogus ones. That is the question, how do I identify bogus profiles and delete them?

My situation is a bit more complex than the example above. Where they multiboot Ubuntu and Windows. I can do that. What doesn't work is multibooting Ubuntu and TWO copies of Windows. One primary, another clone of the primary.

Have you thought about deleting the system partitions and building them from scratch?

VisualBCD is the most advanced one and it correctly shows all the Boot Managers, I am sure some are bogus - how do I identify which ones are non-working and delete them?

I have but wouldn't that leave me unable to boot? It's kind of scary.

I just one one windows booting for now and if I want to go to Win10-TWO, I hit F11. Same for Ubuntu.

it used to work before, with two Windows disks.. suddenly it broke. It worked for about 2 years.

For the time there was no system partition, yes. With a good rescue drive, such as Kyhi's Recovery, it takes about 2 minutes to delete an old system partition and create a new one, if you know what you are doing. It's even fairly easy to do with just a standard Windows 10 installation USB flash drive.

Visual BCD shows all the boot managers, about twice as many as necessary:

And here is the disk layout from Disk Management.
    C and G are Win10-ONE and Win10-TWO, respectively.
the other two are Ubuntu and a data disk.
