    My second partition is missing

So, I got a Pc from someone. I installed windows but I think I messed up somethink. I have 1T memory but I can see only half of it (only partition C:). Where is the second one? I am sure I have two. I was not able to activate it in Disk Manager because it does not show up. Please help me.
P.S.: I have no idea how to check if my partition in in my bios.

You appear to have 2 totally separate hard drives. Each has a capacity of 465 GB.

I see a total of 4 partitions. That's normal. You have three partitions on 1 drive and one on the other. That's not normal.

I'd expect to see all 4 partitions on the same hard drive.

I would install Windows again, BUT I would first disconnect 1 of those 2 drives before I did that so that all 4 partitions would end up on the connected drive.

After Windows is installed. reconnect the other drive and re-format it and give it a drive letter.

Right click on the 465.13 GB RAW partition and then, I think it is new simple volume. Just format it as NTFS.

What didn't work? What exactly did you do?
    Were you in DIsk Management?
Did you right click on the RAW partition at the far right of Disk 0 and select new simple volume?
Did you then format as NTFS?

If you did this it should have been assigned a drive letter and you should be able to use it.
