Couple question before installing windows 10

Hello i hope i post this in right section.
I am planning to fresh install windows 10 on my PC and Laptop from Sandisk USB 2.0 14GB flash drive. And before i start i have couple question to ask.
    1. Is 14gb usb 2.0 enough for windows 10 iso?
    2. Where i can download latest version of windows 10 iso ?
    3. My flash drive is NFTS, can i use NFTS to make bootable ?
    4. Can you use usb bootable more than once ?
Question number 5 is not actually happened but just in case this happened
    5. If my pc and laptop already infected by virus, is it fine to use the infected device(pc/laptop) to make bootable ? I am worried the virus will also infected the iso and the bootable flash drive.

    Thank you.

You do not have to do anything to the USB, other than formatting it as FAT32 before doing MCT. It does all of the work to create the Bootable device. If the computer used to create the Boot stick, yes anything connected to that computer can become a carrier of an infection.

Yes, but of course you would need a valid license to activate Windows on each machine.

If you use it today and then want to reinstall in December, most likely you would want to make a new bootable flash drive in December to ensure that you get the most recent version of Windows 10---rather than having to go through all of the updates that might have occurred between now and December.

For #5 you should download the Free version of Malwarebytes and install and run it before doing any install of Windows 10 or making your USB drive .... Also disable any 3rd party AV software. Link below for Malwarebytes.

You should also make a complete image backup using Macrium Reflect backup Free version. After running Malwarebytes to a separate hard drive on your PC , so if anything happens you can go back to your original OS if needed.

Yes. The MCT can format and create a USB. or make an ISO file (which you could later use to make a DVD or USB). Either way, for x64 install media for the current version 1903 a 4GB USB is large enough. If you want install media for both x86 and x64 then an 8GB USB is sufficient.

You don't need to use Rufus at all.
