    1803 to 1809

I currently have version 1803 (home) and want to update to 1809. Do not want to go any higher at this time. When checking for updates it says I am up to date but I have 1803. Is there another way to get 1809?

Yes. You can download the ISO for 1809 (the October 2018 Update) direct from Microsoft with Option Three in this tutorial.

    Download Windows 10 ISO File

Double-click on the ISO file to mount it as a virtual DVD, then run the Setup.exe you'll find on the root of the DVD to start the upgrade to 1809.

I attempted to perform #3. When I get to step 6 I do not have the options to select a specific update. The only option is to upgrade to May 2019 Update. Amy ideas?

I've always found it easier to use the HeiDoc tool:

The issue i am having is I can only download the latest version which is not what I want. It only gives me the option of Mat 2019 update with no way of selecting the 1809 version or any other version. Where can I find the iso for 1809?

Check that you have followed all the steps correctly. You must use Edge for this. You must use F12 to set the User Agent String to 'Apple Safari (iPad)'. You must not close the F12 Developers Tools window until you have done the download. If all that is correct you will see a page that says:

Download Windows 10 Disc Image (ISO File)
You’ve been routed to this page because the operating system you’re using won’t support the Windows 10 media creation tool...

I have just tested that and https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10 still offers me a choice of 1903 or 1809 ISOs.

This website TechBench by WZT (v4.1.1) has what you need (1803).

I used Heidoc and that worked. I just couldn't stand not using what Bree suggested so I kept trying. I was able to get it to work. Or should I say I finally got the steps right and this procedure worked.

Thanks to both Bree and NavyLCDR.
