Download Anniversary update ISO 14393 1607

I have a lot of Dell Latitude 10 ST2 tablets that were just donated to the thrift store. They came with Windows 8.0 and I want to update then to Windows 10. Unfortunately they have the Intel Atom Clover Trail processor which Microsoft no longer supports after the Anniversary update. I tried 1903 and it still says it will not install.

So I'm looking to download the Anniversary Update 32 bit ISO. I have the 64 bit, never thought I would have a use for the 32 bit, but now I do. It will be supported until April 2023, same as 8.1 which is my alternative if I can't get to 10.

Never mind, I'm downloading it from Heidoc via their Windows-ISO-Downloader.exe.

True. The old one I had from last year was version 7.2.0.0. The new one I just downloaded is version 8.15.0.125 so definitely get the new one first.

Anniversary Update ... It will be supported until April 2023

The Windows lifecycle fact sheet says ver 1607 reached end of support last year.
