Please read this link on reactivating Windows after a major hardware change:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...ardware-change

If the computer had an AMD chip with 32 bit and there is a new chip that uses 64 bit then a clean install would be needed.
If the computer was 64 bit before and after the Intel CPU change then only a reactivation may be required.

Extra precautions that you can make:
    a) confirm a working Microsoft account
    b) run showkeyplus:

With a big hardware change you should make a disk image and save to an external disk before you begin.

AMD and Intel has completely different drivers. Once you change the MB, I would do a Windows 10 Reset, keeping your files. It will clean all your previous Windows_Intel and reinstall Windows keeping your files.
You will have to reinstall your programs.

With witch version did you do a Clean Install?
I do a Clean install every two years to get rid of all trash it has accumulated over the last two years. I can clearly see the performance boost after a clean install.
In your case, you're changing all your hardware so I think that is the right thing to do.
You will have to install all your programs.

Your personal settings (Windows and programs) are under \users\NAME. With a little trick you can have them back.
It's essential that you do a disk image on your current Intel and save to an external disk.
