Windows 10 - Sysprep - Unable to use new account after sysprep

Hi everyone, I am an imaging/sysprep noob and would like some advice.

I have been trying to create an image for a network that will use multiple accounts. I edit the Admin profile in audit mode and add everything I'll need and create the image through WinPE. After I push the image out using GSS I am unable to to use a different account, I can only use the admin account I mentioned earlier on the login screen, there is no option for ''Other User''.

Do any of you have an idea why this might be and a fix? Thank you for your time.

How do you create the additional user accounts? They should be created in an answer file used when you sysprep the image.

Hey Kari, I actually tried to send you a DM but my account was too new haha

The only account I copy over in the answer file is the Admin account. The accounts that are going to be used are our companies Active Directory lists.

The idea of forums is that questions and answers are public, seen by all our members and visitors. That way, if someone has a similar issue, the solutions can be found easier. It benefits everyone, while assisting someone privately only benefits that single person.

That's the reason why quite a many senior members never reply to personal messages requesting assistance. I have not done it, nor will I do it in the future, so it is pointless to send me a private message about an issue.

That being said, ff the accounts are domain accounts, they should be created and device joined in answer file. In any case, domain or Azure AD accounts, you can always create at least one local account and use that account on target device to join either on premises domain or Azure AD.
