How to add color to the window borders

Under Windows 10 I donít know how to add colors to the window borders of applications open, as that makes them easier to spot when I work with several at the same time. Now the frames are all white or grey.
Where is the settings dialogue for that?

Does anyone like the colored borders in W8.1 and the option to change their color? I do and notice W10 does not have that option. Do you think the RTM will bring that back? Thank you.
Since 10122 I've noticed that they changed the window frames from using accent colours to just using white all the time. Personally I don't like this and I am wondering if there is a way to bring accent colouring back.
Well, here's some code for a theme that brings borders back, plus a host of other redeeming elements. I've been testing it for a couple hours, there doesn't seem to be any dire repercussions so far. It's quite nice. Thanks to rdwray over at...
