Hoping we all can get you to resolution.
So you don't have a real physical printer.
If you navigate to c:\windows\inf. Find those two drivers inf files. If you open with notepad it should tell you what printer is using driver.
If they turn out to be these two printers, PDF and XPS, could you uninstall, at least temporarily.
To do this you will have to start "Control Panel", then "Programs" > Turn Windows Features on or off > scroll down to Microsoft.
