Another Newby with a SSD to SSD upgrade problem...

So, yes, I am a newby here, and know just enough to be dangerous... So please flame me gently!
I have an HP laptop with 128gb SSD and 1tb hdd. OS lives on the SSD, which is too small. So I am trying to upgrade the SSD to 1tb. I cloned the existing SSD to my new 1tb SSD via EaseUS Todo Backup- here is a pic of the results:
Another Newby with a SSD to SSD upgrade problem...-screenshot-1-.png

In the screenshot, Disk 0 is original SSD, Disk 1 is HDD, Disk 2 is new SSD connected via usb...

So I next removed the original SSD and replaced it with the new larger SSD and booted- and got the message: "No operating system installed. Install operating system and reboot" (or something very similar to that...) I put the original SSD back in and it works fine...

So that's where I am. I strongly suspect I have made a simple error, but not sure where...

Any suggestions or (kind) comments GREATLY appreciated!!

It may be that you can fix what you've done with a few commands. Someone else can answer that. Maybe something to do with boot files?

But I would figure it may be just as easy to redo it all by making and then restoring an IMAGE file, rather than using a CLONE. Make the image of ALL partitions on the old smaller SSD with EaseUS, store it on that big drive 1, and then restore that image from drive 1 to the new SSD.

Cloning is often more problematic than imaging--finicky, with problems such as this. And I'm not sure how well EaseUS is regarded as a cloning app.

Is your new 1 TB SSD SATA or NVME type? Does it plug into M.2 slot or is it just like a 2.5" notebook hard drive? If your new SSD is NVMe plugged into an M.2 slot, your laptop may not support booting from NVMe. It might only support booting from SATA.

Please edit your profile with ALL your hardware specs.

What is your Laptop brand and model?
What is your old 128GB SSD brand and model?
What is your new 1TB SSD brand and model?

If the new SSD is a NVMe SSD it may need a specific driver to boot.
Did you check boot priority on BIOS?
