failed during clean install Error Code 0x8007025D

I've spent the whole of today and yesterday trying to install windows 10 onto my SSD, it's not partitioned as i have read from various sites that the installation software will you all of that but everytime it get to the step after copying the files over i get the error 0x8007025D and nothing i've found online has worked.

I am having same exact problem??

Ztruker, thanks for the advice but after running that tool it told me the service regestry was missing or corupted but it didn't fix my issue, the installer still stops around 20% of the way through the second step.

I attempted to install the 32-bit version of windows 10 just to see if that was having the same issue and that worked fine although it wasn't activated, the installation completed and booted up so it's a problem specific to the 64-bit version. hopefully that will give you a better idea of what might be causing it.

i tried a clean install following the guide you sent me but nothing has changed, it still tells me that required files are missing.

Has anyone solved this issue? I have tried doing a clean install multiple times on a new drive and get this error. I have started with a clean drive, a cloned drive of my current W10 Pro 32 bit drive and nothing changes. Does anyone have any idea why this happens?

i'm using the media creation tool to make a flash drive for the install and i had completely uninstalled my antivirus softwear so i can't imagine that would be causing issues.
