Time Zone setting script during installation?

Is there any way to insert a script to the Windows 10 setup file telling Windows setup to use UTC Time Zone?

I only need the time zone settings and nothing else.

I have a bootable USB flash drive created with Media Creation Tool.

The best option is to apply a so called unattended answer file to Windows install media. It not only sets the time zone as you'd prefer, but it also completely automates OOBE, bypasses all questions asked from user during final phase of installation (region selection, keyboard selection, which user account to create, and so on).

See this tutorial for instructions: Apply unattended answer file to Windows 10 install media

Another option is to use Windowsw Time Zone utility when installing, see this post for more information: MCT clean install defaults to Pacific time zone w/o option?

Can you if possible post an Answer file with just only the TimeZone setting of UTC so I can place this into the Windows 10 setup file?

Donít know if that will work or not since maybe the INSTALL.ESD needs to be converted to INSTALL.WIM.

I believe NTLite's free version allows you to set it up easily.

Once the answer file is created, will it work with INSTALL.ESD or only with INSTALL.WIM?
