Can't get past "BUFFALO TurboPC EX Series" on my Windows 7 PC

Windows 7 upgrade advisor reports that I have "BUFFALO TurboPC EX Series" on my Windows 7 PC. It won't let me upgrade until it is removed. I can't find it anywhere. Any ideas? I can't get past it.

I've tried to locate it using:
    Revo Uninstaller
    Glary Utilities
    System Tray Cleaner
    FreeFixer
    System Explorer

But can't find it. It's not listed in my Task Manager, either.

FWIW, here's some info on the offending software:
BUFFALO TurboCopy - Should I Remove It?

    and

    What is UN091201.EXE?

Any ideas? I can't get past it. TIA!

Pure speculation: in past Windows upgrades, the installer has detected a residual from a program that has been uninstalled.

The fix would be manually deleting Registry settings, but it'd be good to know exactly which ones.
