Having problems updating from 1809 to 1903 error messages

I have been having problems using various methods to update my computer to 1903

I tried using a bootable flash drive and running setup but it said something needed attention. This turned out to be the windows won't install with a flash drive plugged in thing. I tried using the windows upgrade assistant and I get these errors

Now when I try to run windows upgrade assistant it goes through the download lightning fast then verifies goes to installing windows 10 screen but eventually crashes out with these messages.

I feel like I am stuck now even after deleting the $WINDOWS.~BT folder to try and reset the whole download but that didn't work either

Use the Media Creation Tool from here:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10

Click on the download tool now button, then run the MediaCreationTool exe file it downloads. Use the options to save the ISO file to your computer. Once the ISO file is saved, double click on it to mount it. In the new drive letter that opens, run setup.exe to try to upgrade. Make sure to turn off any third party anti-virus software you may have installed before running setup.exe.

No. I think I figured it out. It was my kaspersky antivirus. I mean earlier I turned it off like it said to turn off av software well this time I completely uninstalled it and I am now past the first reboot and am in the working on updates this could take a while phase. I'm pretty sure it will work now it never got to a reboot before quitting to the desktop
